dc.description.abstract This paper addresses the missing link between High Policy in Kenya which has limited the coordination between Education and its implementation towards harmonizing and coordinating government’s human resource preparedness in the job market. In this study, analysis will how important the linkage between University Education and economic development on human resource and their impact on complimentary sectors like research and Development, Information and above all curriculum development, that for Kenya’s economic development to 2030, labour organizations Unemployment, Underemployment, and technological advancement by expanding academic programmes that are tailor made in providing a solution emerging economic challenges. The paper recommends that the recipe to Kenya’s economic business cycles lie with Higher Learning close linkage to the en_US
